Frank Fang Memorial Scholarship
The Frank Fang Memorial Scholarship is awarded to Chinese or Chinese-American students from Hampton Roads and Gloucester County for post-secondary education at a four-year college or university. Students must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and exceptional potential in the areas of citizenship and leadership. This award is merit-based; financial need is not a factor. This is a one-time award. It is not renewable.
