各位家长，老师和所有泰华德中文学校的朋友们：
最近，中文学校理事会就中文学校章程执行中的一些问题和我们的法律顾问Timothy进行商讨并对有关问题进行咨询。决定从今年起，理事会的选举将严格执行中文学校章程中有关理事选举和任期的规定。具体如下：
１. 今年的理事会选举候选人除了两位新任理事，宋鹏飞和李鹿琼，还将包括两位将满两年任期的现任理事，唐虹和邵芳。
２. 由于去年的选举中程序方面的问题，另外两位现任理事，Rebecca和陈念洪的理事资格将在今年的会员大会上进行确认。
理事会欢迎中文学校全体会员和关心中文学校的朋友对理事会的工作进行监督，尤其是在学校章程执行中的问题进行监督，以确保中文学校健康顺利地发展。

All Parents, Teachers and Friends of TCS,
Recently, TCS board had a meeting with our legal councelor, Tim, to discuss issues regarding board election of TCS. The Board passed resolution to execute the following measures in this year’s general election:
1. There will be four candidates for this year’s general election, including two new members, Pengfei Song and Luqiong Li, and two current members completing first 2-year term, Hong Tang and Fang Shao.
2. The Board membership of Rebecca and Nianhong Chen will be ratified in this year’s general election.
TCS Board welcome suggestions from all school members and friends to make sure that TCS wil go forward in a smoothy and healthy way.
