Happy Veteran’s Day, everyone! I know it’s a little early for Thanksgiving, but below is our SCA’s November Newsletter. Anyone whos’ interested in precipitating in this year’s Chinese Cuisine Cooking Contest, please continue to read: The contest is open to all students currently enrolled in the Chinese school. Participants should submit a video, no longer than 10 minutes, clearly explaining the ingredients, history, preparation, and unique qualities of the dish in English. The purpose of this contest is to help students deepen their understanding of and promote Chinese culture. Given that students may have more time over Thanksgiving, the submission deadline is the Sunday following Thanksgiving, and results will be announced one week later. Please encourage your children to participate!
